Quenton Lane

Quenton Lane

CEO · Founder · Operator

Rotation T was born from two things: family tradition and an obsession with operational excellence. Quenton Lane grew up watching his family run a thriving Haitian catering business. He learned early that authentic food isn't about shortcuts—it's about respecting ingredients, honoring traditions, and executing with precision.

After almost a decade in restaurant management—scaling Wingstop +173% in six months, running a top 15/116 Taco Bell store, and managing 66 Dunkin' locations—Quenton realized something: authentic fusion cuisine + operational excellence = an untapped opportunity in Phoenix.

Rotation T exists because he refused to compromise on either. Fresh ingredients sourced. Recipes informed by family and cultural research. A menu that rotates monthly so regular customers always have something new to discover. And a commitment to direct orders—keeping 100% of revenue to reinvest in quality.

What we stand for.

I

Authenticity

"We don't approximate. Haitian recipes from Quenton's family kitchen. Asian techniques learned from research and respect. No fusion gimmicks."

II

Consistency

"Every dish is prepped fresh daily, held at proper temps, and made to order. Every time you order, you get the same care and attention."

III

Growth

"Our menu rotates monthly to celebrate global cuisines. We learn, we expand, we honor traditions from every corner of the world."
